What We Love

The firefighter theme is obviously a big plus for this game. The symbols might be designed cartoon style, but they’re nonetheless attractive and well chosen for this particular topic.

Among the themed symbols selected here, I would include the firefighter, the helmet with axes, badges, fire hydrants and extinguishers. The usual playing cards complete the last six positions of the paytable, but that’s actually something I wish wasn’t there. Look at the background, and you see a huge fire, which has taken over multiple buildings.

The first feature, in any pokie, would be the wild symbol. It’s the power that is reserved for the Firefighter icon in this pokie, and it is going to appear on reels 2, 3 and 4. With the exception of the scatter, this wild can take the place of any other icon. It doesn’t form a combo on its own though, as it doesn’t appear on enough reels for that to happen.

If you have that wild on all three reels, you can trigger a Rescue Feature. You pick windows from the burning buildings, and you are shown prizes once the flames are out. A total of three chances are awarded, and if you manage to save a child you get a huge prize.

The Bell is the scatter of To The Rescue. Having multiple symbols of this type on the reels triggers cash prizes and free spins. 2+ icons are needed for a cash prize, which would start at 2x and go up to 100x the wager.
